I find airline flights to be the hardest part and wanted help with that. Erin did not take care of the flights, although she did try to help a bit when I couldn't find flights at all. The process of going on safari was very lengthy and involved. The tour company was not helpful, although Erin reached out to them. I had to take on most of the responsibility for all the paperwork and details. Erin did help with the visas after I spent hours trying to do them myself.

Janis, RaleighTerrific. Great accommodations and wonderful support and guidance. The only snafu was the underestimate of the driving time between Santa Barbara to San Diego. She had shared a driving time of 4 hours - more like 5-6 hours. Would have preferred having an interim stop/stayover - the traffic was stressful and such a long drive did not allow us to enjoy as much time at the destination. In addition, we would have planned for a different drop-off of the rental car.
